Artisan Jewellers are accompanied by a guarantee certificate, attesting to their authenticity and quality. & The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase.
The products will be exchanged free of charge only if they have a defect in workmanship or manufacturing.
Repairs for products under warranty will be made free of charge or the jewelry will be replaced, if it is confirmed that a defect in workmanship or manufacturing was the cause of this damage.
In case of product replacement, delivery of the same model is not guaranteed, but of a similar product of equivalent value.

The warranty does NOT include damage to the jewelry due to:
  • Non-compliance with the indications mentioned in the certificate,
  • Of accidents
  • Of negligence
  • Its improper use
  • Their excessive or careless behavior or their improper storage
  • Other factors that are not related to material or workmanship defects

The warranty does NOT include products that show defects caused by improper impact, wear or handling. For jewelry encrusted with precious stones, in the event of their detachment / fall, the manufacturer or, as the case may be, the seller will replace them, within the legal term, only in situations where this is not attributable to the buyer. The pickup/delivery time of a repair/replacement is from 2 to 15 working days from the moment of processing. The cost of transport is borne by the customer, if delivery is requested. To benefit from this right, it is necessary to present the guarantee certificate.
